Scott Donadio is an American contemporary sculptor based in Southern California. Donadio has worked with many materials, including, steel, stone, bronze, and cement but his early work and self-education was almost entirely devoted to stone carving. Working in community with other artists, he was able to hone his craft and gain valuable skill and insight into the art-making process. While primarily self-taught, Donadio is essentially a formalist, whose work reflects a mid-century-modernist exploration of form, style and material, which manifests throughout the work, applied to abstract figure studies to large-scale steel constructions. 

Scott has been showing in the western US area for the last 30 years. Since 2007 he has been represented by Colin Fisher Studios in Palm Springs, where he has had both group and solo shows. Scott’s work has been collected through out the USA and Europe. Public work installed April 2017 at Cathedral City California Civic Center.
